We'd like to be able to have multiple Prime Users for a Department so that there can be multiple Requestors who can monitor incidents for their team. I tried to add more than one and it wouldn't let me. Is there currently any way to achieve that?

+1Agreed, we are struggling with repeat calls when a Major Incident happens, no single way to add more impacted users to the incident to help keep communication unified and everyone updated togeather.

Why was this closed? There was never a solution to this problem, and we need multiple Prime Users and Department Heads.
