It would be very useful if we could relate multiple products per service item. An example would be Laptop Service Request which then could be fulfilled by multiple products that fundamentally do the same job.
In general this is not an issue unless you are using third party ITAM integration which mandates product names (e.g. Intune Integration).
In general the usage scenario for synonymous products are many and are not really covered by the bundle feature.
