It would be good to have a business rule/validation on form for Service Catalog items where a multi-select field must contain multiple values. You can require it on the SC item, however there may be instances where more than one option is required to be selected.
Example: When filling out the SC item, the agent is required to get 3 forms of validation. We can use a single multiselect instead of 3 dropdowns to collect this information however there’s no way to require the two additional selections currently.
