Native NetSuite Integration

I know there are existing general requests for expanded integration, but I would like to formally request native integration with NetSuite, the CRM software my company uses.


I was really impressed with how easy it was to get JIRA and Freshdesk talking to each other, and we'd be sold for life if we could get similar syncing capabilities with NetSuite.

My company is also looking to work with Netsuite for accounting purposes. Any word on integrating that with Freshdesk?

We have initiated discussion with NetSuite. We hope to roll a NetSuite integration through their partner development program in early part of 2016.

Any update on the Netsuite integration ?  You say above beginning of '16 - its now nearly mid-16. - any ideas when this will be released ?

 Yes please, provide with some updates on this. We are using Netsuite for customer info (among others) and our process to sync all customer contact/info with Freshdesk is a manual export/import which requires everytime to set what fields are the ones needed from the contact list (which by the way in Freshdesk you cannot save for future runs) to be sync with Netsuite....

I finally got an update from FD regarding this topic as it's very important to our company as well. The response was not promising:

Thanks for your patience on this.


We had a word with the concerned team and looks like this is not in the immediate roadmap.

 

However, if you are fine with a workaround, we could point you to a third party dev to get this integration built. Please do let me know if that could be helpful for you.

We work closely with a company who is wholly on Netsuite and would really love our Freshdesk to integrate with their Netsuite. The communication between Netsuite and Freshdesk is awful and creates really long and very difficult to read tickets.


Netsuite and Freshdesk integration would be a game changer and would avoid us having to change platforms for sure.
