As many of our tickets have a lot of comments or notes, it takes a long time to scroll, to find the button to open the ## more comments, to scroll completely down to the end or up to the beginning.
It would be helpful to have a tree navigation by date and show in that line who wrote the note/comment. This also helps to deal with very long comments due to forwarded mails.
Additionally, it would help to tag comments, f.e. as OOO answer, and show this tag in der navigation tree as part of the header data of a comment.
