Needs to be more obvious you need to login to post

It is completely not obvious that a user/client needs to login to the site before they can post or respond to an article on the forum.  If you aren't logged in, you just see the post without a reply button, and it is confusing that you have to login at the top right to be able to post.  There should be a button where the 'post' or 'reply' button would be, that would say 'login to post or reply on the actual post, not in the top right of the page.

Hi Dale

Point noted. We are already working on Portal Customization, which I assume should be out in a few weeks time, provided Testing goes out fine, with less issues :) Once this is out,you will be able to customize the entire portal with your own content. Using this, you will be able to add custom message or announcements asking users to login or signup etc.

regards
Vijay

I can show my business contact address and contact numbers on  my knowledge base or ticket system. This is very irritating to have such a small thing we have to place request to get this done.

Hi,

The portal now displays more contextual help text prompting the user to login in order to post a comment.
