Hi,

I would like to see an option to open new emails in a new tab.

We get tickets that requires us to send a new mail, but I don't want to navigate away from the ticket.

Could you tell us more about who submits the ticket and whom you will be reaching out to?

actually I forgot you can ctrl+click to open as new tab, so you can close this feature request.
