We sometimes have human errors and need to recover emails from those areas.

However since we now have 400+ pages worth of email in those, it is impossible to find items.

Please add a search function.

Hi @ahmedmagdy  & @Koen ,

Greetings from Freshworks Community!

I understand your usecase. It is actually possible to search Spam tickets as well.

Please click on the General Search box and click on the Settings Button and Enable “Include Spam tickets” to search through Deleted/Spam folder as well.

I hope this helps!

Please reply back to this thread if you have any queries.

Regards,
Jebas D.

Searching ‘Spam' does not search the ‘Trash’.

‘Archive’, ‘Spam’ and ‘Trash’ are separate folders.

We can only enable search on the ‘Spam’ and ‘Archived’ folders. I have both enabled and it doesn’t return a result when given the Ticket ID, Subject, or Email Address of a deleted ticket that I can see in ‘Trash’.

Freshdesk Support had to trace the email in the Trash for me and suggested I log the idea of searching the Trash as an improvement.
