I have my app and I want to send a message to the customer through it.
Create an integration that sends an automatic message via API to the customer according to some parameters!
For example: we sent a package to the customer and we want to automatically notify him via API via whatsapp
+2I think you could do this by sending events, that will kick off a customer journey, that will send the WhatsApp message 🤔
