New Ticket Templates

We currently use templates in Outlook for certain standard emails.


I can see that i can create Canned Response templates which are great if we have a standard reply for certain issues, but i need to be able to send a template email at the beginning of a ticket.


I cannot find a way to add the canned response icon to the new ticket template in Admin.  Can it be done?  Or is there anyway to produce different email templates please?

Yes, I agree. Having the ability to create canned responses and or templates for new tickets AND new emails would be ideal.

Any ideas if/when this will happen?
