My company would love the ability to make a gamification system on our community forum. We would like people who use it actively to earn points, collect badges (e.g., for most active people, for newest people, ...), and other users to give a 'like' of some sort on community posts.
Is this not currently possible at all? Even if we hire a developer or pay? The functionality seems not uncommon on other community forums.
