Could we possibly include the feature of adding a note upon task completion?
For instance, if a task is assigned to the procurement team to send an item and furnish tracking details, it would be helpful for them to append a note with the tracking ID once they finish the task.
All we can currently do is to complete the task
+11HI, you should be able to make a workflow that adds a note to the ticket once the task is completed, maybe if you make an additional field on the request page you might even be able to customise it?
