The Project Overview needs a notes capability similar to that of project tasks. Yes, I can add a paragraph custom field, but having a notes feature that allows multiple notes that puts the note with a date and time stamp would be helpful.
Then add the note as a data object for reporting so notes can be surfaced into a dashboard or report.
