Should be very useful request other agent help (no ticket owner) with a mention like @johnand a notification by mail, without and external message or assigning the ticket.

Is it possibile?

Hello,


Team Huddle lets you to collaborate with other agents on a ticket in parallel to the actual conversations happening on the ticket. You can invite them for a discussion by just tapping @ followed by the agent's name in the Discuss window.



This would trigger an email and an in-app notification for the agents invited for the discussion.
