We need to set up a Webhook to update one of our company application with Freshdesk information. We use Oauth 2.0 as authorization standard at company level, but Webhook only allows API Key authentication.
From a security perspective, Webhooks should allow Oauth 2.0 authentication level to communicate with other applications.
