Is there a way to remove the option to reallocate the device to a different user? I don’t want our HR department to be able to have that option, because all devices need to be returned to IT for reimaging and redistributing.

We like the feature for Freshservice to automatically detect hardware and software but like the previous speaker, everything goes back to IT so we don't want the manager/hr to tell us where things go. However, we would like to have other inputs from the manager/hr, for example where in the office the employee is located and similar things.
Similar to the onboarding module where you can add another stakeholder for input.
Please fix this ASAP.
