In our organization, we do not give email addresses to all employees. Therefore, the offboarding module cannot be used since the employee email field is mandatory and cannot be unchecked.

Maybe there are others out there in the community that would use the offboarding module if the FS admins could choose which fields to be mandatory.

Wow, I can’t believe this doesn’t have more traction.

Ya the Offboarding module are for users that are in Freshservice. The built in automations with hardware and software needs a user.  I guess a workaround is to use a dummy requester call it “No e-mail employee”.

We’ll see what the new employee journey will give us but I don’t think they will move away as the ide to offboard someone that are in Freshservice. But we can hope we get more control of the fields.
