Office 365 Calendar App options

The Office 365 Calendar App works great, in that it gets tasks added to our Outlook Calendars. It could use some improvement. Options to control meeting status and visibility would be great. I don’t need a task that will take small amounts of work over several days (like checking with users after a Change is implemented to troubleshoot any issues) to show me as Busy for the duration. Some options to choose how Meetings generated from Tasks show up in the Outlook Calendar (Free/Busy/etc., private vs. public) would help a lot. Thanks!
