Office 365 Integration

yes, desperately looking for a way to improve overall integration with O365/Outlook. 

It's critical to my operations and hope that plans are in the works to add this feature. 

Exploring Zapier in the interim but wish I didn't have to. 

How about Contacts?  It looks there is this type of functionality with Google.

Adding Office 365 Planner integration would kill two birds with one stone.  We could then see our tickets in O365, and it has a Kanban board view - which is another open feature request ticket we've been asking about for years

Office 365 integration into SSO would be a fantastic feature that would cut down on yet another password that I need to maintain for my end users... Has there been any progress on this? 

We've been using Office 365 SSO for months.

You have to integrate Freshdesk with your Azure active directory.

I noticed that the google calendar app is available on both Freshservice and Freshdesk but the Office 365 app isn't.

Any plans to bring this functionality over?

Great integration!

What isn't that "beautiful" is the mail which is send to the requester. It includes just a link and a ICS-attachment.

It would be better if some text could be added like " as bespoken" or "as a suggestion find the following appointment"

Is there any more information on this? Freshdesk does not work with Office 365 as far as I can tell. It would be nice if tasks, tickets, and contacts in Freshdesk could be reflected on the office 365 calendar and task list.

Is this currently possible? Is it in the works?

We at SyncPenguin have recently added support of Freshworks. SyncPenguin is a platform for customizable two-way and one-way synchronizations between business tools. We only have Freshsales connectors published at this moment, but Freshdesk ones are under development. Those will include contacts, tasks, meetings, etc. sync all in one place. We plan to finish development in a week or two.
