There isn’t an official FD/FS MCP server. Right now, third parties are profiting off the Freshworks’ lack of initiative concerning MCP connectivity. A lot of companies, ours included, have (secure) custom AI solutions. The lack of an official server is causing issues with implementing AI-enhanced, cross--platform workflows. I think basic connectivity should be a priority because MCPs are going to become like USB-C, a universal requirement.
