Can we update the display of onboarding kits? A grid layout would be great! We have a kit for each role in the org, and with 200 unique roles scrolling through the current display is a bit tedious.

+7+7Bumping back up for more visibility. We have over 100 roles with each role having its own kit, we use the kits to define each role for onboarding. This helps tremendously with onboarding new hires but the layout of the current onboarding kit display is not very good for a lot of kits. A grid layout would be better, similar to the workflows but more condensed. A search field would also be great!

We regularly have Requesters ask what is in “this” kit and then submit update requests so Onboarding will be accurate.
It would be extremely valuable to have a search option / visibility on the portal that users can see.
Yep, you can totally update the onboarding kits display to a grid layout! With 200 unique roles, scrolling through a list is a pain. A grid would make it way easier to scan and pick out kits fast. Check with your platform’s admin settings or support to switch the layout—most modern systems like Freshservice or SAP SuccessFactors support grid views for this kind of thing. Should be a quick fix!
