I’d like to suggest a couple of minor quality of life improvements for Administrators who might be configuring the Onboarding and Offboarding modules for the first time or making changes.

Firstly, when configuring Parent and Child Tickets it would be nice to be able to drag selected fields up and down to reorder them.

The upshot of this would mean there would no longer be a need to, in some cases, remove all fields one by one and then carefully add the fields you need in the order that you require.

Next I’d like to suggest that ‘Select All’ and ‘Select None’ buttons be added to the ‘Associate Fields’ part of the configuration process

This will help Administrators more easily configure Child Tickets in various scenarios.

Cheers :)

Will see how the new remake of the module will look like.

Love this!

I would also like to add that including the use of Business Rules for Onboarding and Offboarding forms would make them 1000% more usable!

Great suggestions, @MDaviesSkilledExpert!

1️⃣ Reordering Parent and Child Ticket fields – A drag-and-drop feature would definitely streamline the process and save admins a lot of time when making adjustments. Avoiding the need to remove and re-add fields manually is a huge quality of life improvement!

2️⃣ ‘Select All’ and ‘Select None’ for Associate Fields – This would be a game changer for bulk updates, making it much faster to configure Child Tickets efficiently.

For anyone who agrees, consider upvoting this sggestion or adding any other ideas that could enhance the Onboarding/Offboarding module!
