+1An idea for Freshservice is to give admins the ability to repress Onboarding/Offboarding modules from the Self Service Portal.
In our use case, we have taken a SR approach to Onboarding/Offboarding instead and will not be using the native module. Because of this, seeing this on the SSP page is redundant and only will confuse of user base.
+1To add before anyone else does. I understand that agents/requesters do not see this since we do not have the module set up, only admins still see these functions. But i still believe even then, the ability to hide/suppress would be a helpful feature.
+14Can be done by CSS (I think) but if it’s disabled it should be hidden for admins as well.
