I know kits can be setup as bundles but the question is not all managers will know what dock for example goes with a new laptop. They may choose a new laptop and expect a dock as well when IT just sees the laptop and makes sure one is ready.

Bumping this - we just ran into the same thing. Bundles do not seem to expand in the hiring manager onboarding form. Is this possible to do?
+5Could you manage this in the Service Catalog item at Admin > Service Catalog > Item > Additional Items?
You could add additional items, and specify the additional items to be included. The fulfillment team could then ensure the right items are included.
Yes, that is how you create a bundled service item. You just can’t use them in onboarding or journeys. They don’t expand to include the additional items when filling out the form.
