We are interested in a per workspace feature (turn on/off per workspace) that would allow an agent to make edits on a ticket in properties, add a note, and have one “save” button. This eliminates the need to make property change and save, then go add a note and save.
With the new feature, the agent would make all changes (properties and add note or resolution) and save 1x.
