When I click on an attachment in Chrome, the attachment automatically download. It would be great to be able to open it instead.

Just find out that Chrome was the problem... Nevermind the feature request!

Can it be fixed in Chrome?  Really annoying that it has to download every attachment

@Ksavoca Are you still facing issues with the latest version of Chrome? The image attachments and pdf files should be opened in a light box environment right on the ticket page.
