Links in a ticket open in the same window, which is quite annoying sometimes. It would be much better if links always opened in a new window/tab, keeping the ticket open.

Links in tickets should open in a new window/tab.
Yes! This is pretty obvious, folks. Nearly every webmail client I know does this behavior by default. :) Please consider it.
