Option to add both agent's name and company name in 'From' address outside freshdesk.

It would be great if there would be a possibility to set both 

• agent’s name
• company name

in ‘From’ shown in the mailbox outside the freshdesk, for example at gmail.

it’s now only possible to set it up as Company name OR agent’s name, which both doesn’t provide the user full information of sender, as ‘name - company name’ would.
