At the moment, you can already @-mention individual Freshdesk agents in private notes.
You can also select all available Freshdesk agents from the “Notify to” dropdown menu when entering a private note.
But you cannot @-mention groups you have set up in Freshdesk.
We sometimes need to notify several users at the same time and would love to do this by simply selecting the group instead of manually picking all individual users from the list.
