This might seem minor but it's actually a bit of a pain - when we upload a photo or a company logo to a contact profile it is always square or rectangular. Freshdesk then trims off the corners to make the image circular (e.g. in Tickets list) - this often cuts off part of a logo image or hides part of someones face.
It would be great if we had the option to display the uploaded images in a square format rather then mangling them into a circle.
