I would like to have a dropdown arrow that would allow me to simply expand an individual task so that I can view all associated task notes rather than have to open it in the flyout pane. Ideally there would also be an option to “Expand All” and “Collapse All”, so that I can see all Tasks and their respective notes in one view.
When currently viewing Tasks in an incident its cumbersome to click between tasks to view the notes in them with the way they flyout on the right hand side. When the flyout is open it wont allow me to simply click between tasks to view the notes. Clicking the left and right arrows in the flyout also doesn't work for me because the tasks arent always in sequential order.
