Option to set "Billable" off by default

Or possibly even disable the "Billable" feature for time tracking.  We don't charge customers for support.

Within Freshdesk, navigate to Admin > Apps > [Get more Apps] > [Non-Bilable by default]

@BeeP: This has been one of the popular apps available on V1. We'll be soon adding interface APIs for time entry events, post which, the app would be made compatible on Mint.
