Order views by multiple factors

It would be great if we could create/order view based on multiple factors...

i.e. all tickets in a view, ordered first by status (open then pending etc.), then ordered by priority (P1, P2, P3...) and then ordered by least active.

Essentially, I'd like 1 view, with the least active, P1 that is status open at the top, so that I could work down the list.

This would mean that the logic of which ticket each agent should pick up could be configured via the ticket view/filters AND would mean we could cut down on the number of ticket views/filters required.

Yes, I would like to order by age (date created) and then Priority, or vice versa

Yes, this would be great an option, especially ours is based on priority.

Folks!

Ticket age is now also a metric available on Analytics and that could be used to render tickets.

Please find the current sorting options available with us on the ticket list page -

Sorting by the date created and priority is possible on the list page.

Feel free to reach out to us at support@freshdesk.com for more questions on this.

Cheers!
