We would like one single list of Contacts/emails we can maintain that will prevent outgoing emails of any and all types from being sent.
Currently, I have created several custom Automated Workflows that first check against a Contact List I have with no_reply and other vendor email addresses we don’t want to send mail to. This prevents email loops between ours and vendor ticketing systems, sending to unmonitored mailboxes, etc.
It would be much simpler to have one central option to just block ALL outgoing emails from such a list, rather than having to create so many custom workflows for every email situation that comes up.
