Parent project / child projects - associating projects to other projects

It would be really beneficial if projects could be associated to other projects especially for large programmes or work that have many different teams and workstreams in play. The ability to link to problems, changes, tickets and assets is really useful, and I think adding projects to this list would really improve our project management process.
