I understand that the ability to paste images/screen prints directly into replies has recently been implemented in Freshdesk. Why is this not available in Freshservice? It's a real pain having to either describe step by step to a user how to do something or having to attach a document.
I'm beginning to feel like Freshservice is just the poor relation to Freshdesk...
