Customers have complained that pasting an Excel sheet into a ticket reply creates quite a mess, they gave a possible solution.

.p-desc {overflow-x: scroll;}

Said we could add that to the CSS, so that scroll bars are present instead of making the text go off the screen. Not sure if that is something you can add to the back end style sheet or not.

Hello,

The improved editor on the new Mint interface takes care of the table formatting and the table gets rendered as expected :)

Cheers!

We are having difficulty with adding Tables in Notes and when adding Tables to the Description when creating a New Ticket. In both instances, we receive a pop-up box that says content from an MS Word doc was detected, and asks if we would like to clean the formatting. Whether we select Clean or Keep, it removes formatting.

Are there additional steps we need to take before our version will recognized tabulated data?
