Super cool if you could add this feature.
WebHelpDesk for example allows you to run a report and export to CSV or PDF. It also allows you to select regular tickets and with the click of a button export to PDF. This is awesome as it allows you to email verbose ticket reports to clients especially those that might be querying invoice/engineer time totals.

Hi Mike

We have this PDF export option in Google Chrome, so we may not bring this for now, but we will look into this in future updates
