We would like a field type denoted as a people picker for certain types for Service Requests we would like to build.
1 example is our employee exit request. We delegate certain business activities or system permissions that are shift to after an employee exits. We use single text box today, however, that can be fraught with errors.
It would be more simple for them to select a requester from within Freshservice.
