We loved the idea of having Article expiration when we moved to Freshservice. Unfortunately, we’ve learned that it’s very easy to publish or re-publish an article without an expiration date rendering that feature useless very quickly.
Please add the ability for admins to select which fields are mandatory when an article is written and published.
(We understand that we can apply a workflow that requires approval for articles to be published but that puts a much greater workload on our few senior team members so is not ideal for how we work.)
