Pivotal Tracker integration?

Would be nice to integrate Freshdesk with Pivotal Tracker (https://www.pivotaltracker.com)?
The ideal workflow would be that you could create a story from a Freshdesk ticket. Ideally PT could reference the FD ticket and vice versa. This would make forwarding tickets to our developers so much easier and seamless.

Really enjoying this integration.  Would be great if we could also associate a ticket with existing Pivotal Tracker in addition to creating new.

Is this app continuing to be updated? Would be great if we could sync new comments made in Freshdesk with Pivotal after the story is created - making the comments bidirectional. It appears as if you can push new comments from Pivotal to the Freshdesk ticket, but not the other way around.
