Would it be possible to use custom placeholders in Solutions?
For example let's say shipping takes 3 days and that's explained in 15 different answers.
Instead of having to update 15 different solutions if shipping changes, it would be great if you only needed to modify one placeholder.

You can edit the skeleton of the article page under Admin->Portals->Customise portal->Portal pages->Article view section. You can define the common text/code here and that would, by default, gets displayed on all the articles in the helpdesk. You can also write conditional statements using liquid placeholders to display this information on specific articles.
