Please add a new field "Gender" to contact details

Here is Germany it is normal, that your salutation is "Dear Mr. <lastname>" or "Dear Mrs. <lastname>". But for that i need to know what the gender is, for an automatic reply template. So we would maintain the gender after first mail. So please add gender to the contact details, or try to find a possiblity that we as freshdesk user can add individual fields there.
