I would like to have a custom link field on the right side of a ticket.
Use case:
lets say the ticket has a related asset - this asset has an external asset number saved in it - now I want to access the external device management system by a single link which appears only if the asset has this field filled.
For example: https://ExternalManagementTool/Devices/#TheAssetNumberFromFreshDesk
