We need the notification of expired warranty to go out 306 AND 365 days AFTER the warranty has already expired (1 year additional use time).
This is currently impossible to do in FreshService (I tried also with a custom workflow automation).
Please make the notification timer an input field where I can add ANY number positive or negative.
Also do I see it correctly that you cannot send the notification to the actual asset OWNER?? please change this too.
