Currently there is no way to turn off email notifications for ‘New update on the task you are watching’.
When I create a project and assign tasks to other agents, I get an email every time they close a task, stating that the status of the task changed from ‘open’ to ‘closed’.
I’d like to be able to turn these notifications off.
