Hello,

One of our partners is currently working on an app for WorkflowMax to be compatible with the Mint interface. The app is currently under development and I'll update as soon as it is readily available.

Cheers!

@all, The Workflow max app is now compatible with the Mint interface. You can install the app from here.

Cheers!

Hi there,

The integration is quite different to the way it used to work.

1. Options lists for client, task, assignee have to be scrolled through. We used to be able to start typing and the options would adjust based on what was being typed.

2. Time entries don't automatically have the url to the ticket in the comment of the wfm time entry

3. The time entries aren't permanently synced to wfm from freshdesk. It used to be easy to tell if time entries were synced or not.

4. Having to enter the time into Freshdesk and then syncing the time entry is pretty time consuming

We used to inject some javascript that would automatically select tasks, projects and assignee's based on the customer, logged in agent etc but I believe this won't work in the mint theme.

Hi Donald,

I agree with your points. I quite liked the Mint interface but had to switch back to old interface as I found the WFM integration in Mint not effective and not useful.

Cheers

Hi,

the new integration is slow and non-intuitive. Dropdowns are not autocompleting and you can't even manually type to jump to entries like what is possible by default in standard dropdowns...

Also, like Donald raised in point 3 - it is not clear if a time entry has been synced or not. This often leads to having to check in both WFM and FD.

Hope the partner is working on it a bit further, or can Freshdesk help?

Thanks,

Zander

Hello

If Workflowmax issues are not sorted out, I am moving off this platform

annoyed Customer

Hello,

This Workflowmax integration needs to automatically pre-pend the ticket url in the workflowmax job. When time is synced to WFM there isn't anything separating it from time entered from within WFM. This should be an easy addition.
