Please stop forcing strict format in the contact phone number field

So a little while back Freshdesk started enforcing a strict format in the contact’s phone number field, which does not allow space, letters or special characters. This is very harmful when it comes to adding phone extension numbers which are still pretty widespread everywhere. Please remove that forced format asap.
