Sorry for the lack of content but my iPad ate it. So frustrated with the mobile experience. Anyway, I love Freshdesk. Would never go back to Zendesk. But when your boss asks about something that bothers her, you see on the forum that it's coming "soon" or in 1-2 weeks and you tell her that, and then months later it hasn't happened I'm the one who looks bad.

Hear hear!  Also, there are loads of items that just aren't getting any feedback or updates from Freshdesk.  *Please*, go through the items and update them!  There are lots of items that have several questions from people, and no-one from Freshdesk has responded.

Hi

I apologize for the trouble. We are working hard on implementing many of your feature requests and sometimes our team members give optimistic dates based on their discussions with the dev team and then things inevitably get delayed (as it always happens in software development) for various reasons.(people falling sick, getting married, other higher priority items coming in the way, security fixes in the rails environment etc.) I want to assure you that our Product management team looks at every feature here and one of the things that we realized is we have only three tags - Planned, Implemented and Not Taken - so eventually most of the roadmap items goes into Planned. We are introducing a few more tags and are working to expose a public roadmap where you will be clearly able to see what has been completed recently, what the team is working on(immediate roadmap) and what is in future roadmap and what has been deferred.

A lot of interesting things are already in the kitchen and I don't want to promise another set of dates, but please trust me when I say we are listening, working really really hard and we want to delight you.

Thanks for your support and patience.

Regards
