+1Occasionally, a PO item must be returned or an entire PO cancelled. Currently, there is no way to do this. Prior to adding items to inventory, it would be helpful to have an option for cancelling a PO (perhaps with a required note as to the reason for the cancellation).
Related - a Notes tab for POs would be very helpful to add context around the orders for historical reference.
I agree, additionally occasionally a line item on a PO must be cancelled because it is no longer available. You end up with a partially received PO status which you cannot advance or close out until all line items are received. You could clone the PO, remove the particular line item, delete the original PO and proceed but we would like to maintain the history of which items were on the original order and which were no longer available or had to be returned.
